The Makita MR002GZ01 Bluetooth AM/FM Jobsite Radio is a rugged and versatile cordless radio designed for construction sites, workshops, garages and professional trade environments. Compatible with Makita 12V MAX CXT, 14.4V/18V LXT and 40V MAX XGT batteries, it offers excellent flexibility for users across multiple Makita cordless platforms.

Finished in white, the MR002GZ01 combines a digital AM/FM radio tuner with Bluetooth Class 2 connectivity, allowing you to wirelessly stream music, podcasts and other audio from compatible smartphones and mobile devices from up to 10 metres away.

The dual 89mm stereo speakers deliver clear, powerful sound, producing up to 5.0W x 2 output with a 40V MAX XGT battery. An AUX-IN connection also allows compatible external audio devices to be connected directly to the radio.

For additional convenience, the built-in USB output port can be used to charge compatible mobile devices. A backlit LCD display, illuminated control buttons and adjustment dial make the radio easy to operate in low-light working conditions.

Built to withstand demanding jobsite environments, the Makita MR002GZ01 features an IP65-rated dust and shower-resistant construction. Protective elastomer bumpers and metal pipes help protect against knocks and rough handling, while the integrated carry handle incorporates the FM antenna for convenient transportation.

With a 40V MAX XGT 4.0Ah battery, the radio can provide up to 27.5 hours of runtime, making it ideal for long working days. An AC adaptor connection provides an additional power option when mains electricity is available.
