The Makita MR001GZ01 Jobsite Radio is a robust and versatile cordless radio designed for professional use on construction sites, in workshops, garages and outdoor working environments. Finished in white, it offers excellent compatibility across Makita's cordless platforms, supporting 40V MAX XGT, 18V/14.4V LXT and 12V MAX CXT batteries.

Featuring a digital AM/FM tuner, the MR001GZ01 lets you listen to your favourite radio stations throughout the working day. An integrated AUX-IN connection also allows compatible external audio devices to be connected for playing your own music.

The powerful dual 89mm stereo speaker system provides clear audio, with output increasing depending on the battery platform used. When powered by a 40V MAX XGT battery, the radio delivers up to 5.0W x 2 output and can provide up to 30 hours of runtime with a 4.0Ah XGT battery.

Built for demanding jobsite conditions, the Makita MR001GZ01 features an IP65-rated dust and shower-resistant construction. Protective elastomer bumpers and metal pipes help guard the radio against knocks and rough handling, while the convenient carry handle incorporates the FM antenna for a compact, practical design.

A backlit LCD display, illuminated control buttons and adjustment dial make the radio easy to operate in low-light environments. It also features an adjustable sleep timer for automatic shut-off.
