The DeWalt DCG405N 18V XR 125mm Brushless Angle Grinder is a high-performance cordless grinder designed for professional cutting, grinding, and finishing applications. Powered by an advanced 18V XR Brushless Motor, it delivers outstanding efficiency, extended runtime, and exceptional durability, making it ideal for demanding construction, fabrication, and metalworking tasks.

Featuring a compact, ergonomic design with a 125mm disc capacity, the DCG405N provides excellent control and easy access to confined spaces. The slim body with rubber over-mould grip ensures maximum comfort during prolonged use, while the compact gear case improves cutting depth and manoeuvrability.

For enhanced safety, the grinder is equipped with an electronic brake that stops the disc in under 2 seconds, helping reduce accidental contact after trigger release. The integrated E-Clutch and Constant Clutch minimise kickback and protect against wheel binding and disc bursts, while the No-Volt Release feature prevents accidental restart if power is interrupted.

Designed for long-term reliability, the grinder also features mesh air intake covers to reduce dust entering the motor, extending tool life in harsh working environments. A tool-free adjustable guard and two-position side handle provide improved control and flexibility for a wide range of applications.

Compatible with the DEWALT 18V XR battery platform, the DCG405N can deliver up to 69 cuts in 12.7mm (½") steel rebar when used with a 5.0Ah XR battery (sold separately).

We aim to despatch 'IN STOCK' orders from our Coventry branch by 4pm using DPD next day delivery service which means your order should arrive next working day. Please note if your product is in stock at one of our other branches (Not Coventry) then these orders may take 2-5 days for delivery. Delivery is FREE on orders over 75.00 ex VAT.
