The Premier Diamond Products P5-EDDC EVODRILL range consists of premium-performance dry diamond cores engineered for drilling both conventional building materials and significantly harder substrates.

EVODRILL cores feature laser-welded segments incorporating advanced metal-bond technology and high-grade diamonds. Unlike conventional dry cores intended mainly for brick and block, the P5-EDDC range is also designed for demanding materials including lightly reinforced concrete, engineering bricks, clay products and Indian sandstone.

INDIVIDUAL CORE RANGE

The smaller 22mm, 25mm and 28mm cores are 300mm long, while the 32–202mm cores are 150mm long.

MACHINE SUITABILITY

For maximum performance, Premier Diamond Products recommends a purpose-made dry diamond core drill with a slipping clutch, rated at a minimum of 850W and capable of providing the high RPM required for effective diamond cutting.

Compatible SDS Plus drills with a slipping clutch can also be used, although their lower rotational speed may result in slower drilling, particularly in hard or damp materials.

Important: Dry diamond cores must not be operated in hammer mode.

DELIVERY METHODS

We use DPD for the majority of our deliveries. We aim to despatch 'IN STOCK' orders from our Coventry branch by 4pm using DPD next day delivery service which means your order should arrive next working day. Please note if your product is in stock at one of our other branches (Not Coventry) then these orders may take 2-5 days for delivery. Delivery is FREE on orders over 75.00 ex VAT.
