Premier Diamond Products P5-VB Vacuum Brazed Multi-Purpose Rescue Diamond Blade

The Premier Diamond Products P5-VB is a premium-performance vacuum brazed multi-purpose rescue diamond blade engineered for cutting a wide range of demanding construction and non-construction materials, including steel sections, cast iron, aluminium, composite worktops, plastics, fibreglass and cement fibre board.

Unlike conventional diamond blades, the P5-VB features fully exposed diamonds vacuum brazed directly to the cutting edge. This advanced bonding process provides excellent joint strength, cutting efficiency and blade integrity, allowing the blade to tackle materials that standard construction diamond blades may not be designed to cut.

Available in diameters from 115mm to 350mm, the P5-VB range offers options for angle grinders, handheld disc cutters, plunge saws and table saws. Its broad material capability makes it particularly useful for rescue, demolition, maintenance, fabrication and general trade applications where multiple materials may need to be cut with one blade.

USAGE ADVICE

• Ensure the blade is suitable for the material being cut.
• Guide the blade straight into the material.
• Avoid applying unnecessary pressure; allow the machine and diamond cutting edge to perform the work.
• A slight forward and backward pendulum movement can assist cutting performance.
• Always use the correct blade diameter and bore for the machine.

We use DPD for the majority of our deliveries. We aim to despatch 'IN STOCK' orders from our Coventry branch by 4pm using DPD next day delivery service which means your order should arrive next working day. Please note if your product is in stock at one of our other branches (Not Coventry) then these orders may take 2-5 days for delivery. Delivery is FREE on orders over 75.00 ex VAT.
